Mere Dead Men
Suspecting sinister forces at work in Mordentshire, Dominic Goodfellow, a former priest of Tymora, sought the assistance of his former faith. In response, the Tymoran church in Neverwinter sent a group of adventurers to investigate. Mysti Tonaka was one of these Vassals of Tymora.
Just outside of Mordentshire, the group met nefarious ends, and the fallen members of Ars Magica were revived in their bodies. Local gaurds on patrol found the party bloodied, confused, and wracked with a strange delerium.
The townsfolk incorrectly identified Lorelei the Siren as Mysti Tokana, and assumed that she was still sick with madness when she protested otherwise.
Ars Magica was able to benefit from this confusion, however, when they later claimed the fallen company’s magical equipment. Regrettably, most of these items were inadvertently destroyed by Lotifer during a self-sacrificing attempt to keep them from enemy hands.
The party knows little about Tokana aside from the fact she was the scribe of a Wizard named Thaddeus Mont Breezar. A pair of magic collars and carrying cases hinted that both Tokana and Mont Breezar had familar companions. Tokana was known to be half elven, and she was the only female in the party.
